Our Story
Founded in 2024 by Elli and Danielle, Restore Care and Support Services was created to bring genuine, person-centred care back to the heart of health and social services. With over 20 years of combined experience, they saw the impact of poor communication and disconnected leadership on families and individuals.
Restore was built to change that — offering high-quality, compassionate support while ensuring families are always involved. Alongside direct care, they provide training and resilience services to empower both communities and care providers.

Our Services
At Restore Care and Support Services (RCSS), we provide a range of tailored support for individuals, families, and organisations. Our work includes person-centred care for children and adults with SEND, emotional, or social needs, as well as practical family support such as referral guidance, meeting preparation, and administrative help. Through our virtual assistant, users can quickly access information and be connected to the right services. We also offer workplace solutions for care providers, schools, and other organisations, including inclusive HR consultancy, resilience training, and strategic support. Additionally, we deliver professional development and bespoke training in areas such as safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, and SEND. Whether you need short-term advice or ongoing partnership, our team is here to support you with clarity, compassion, and care.
Meet The Senior Leadership Team
Danielle Walsh - Director
With over nine years of dedicated experience in the health and social care sector, Danielle has cultivated a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by children, adults and families. Her journey began working within Children’s Residential Services and extended throughout various management and senior level roles including Supported Living for adults with medical and complex learning needs and Family Support Services.
Danielle's diverse background has given her a comprehensive skill set and an empathetic approach to care. Her experience in various services showed the importance of a strong, connected culture and proactive leadership to ensure high-quality care and support for the workforce. This has inspired her commitment to positive change and enhancing the well-being of those who access the services and those who provide that vital support.
Driven by a passion for excellence and a commitment to making a positive impact, Danielle is dedicated to creating an environment that aids the transformation of health and social care services, ensuring they are truly responsive, respectful, and person-centered.
Elli Drake - Director
Elli has a 14-year career beginning in Early Years childcare and supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), later progressing to extensively supporting adults with additional learning and medical complexities, Elli has developed a passion for person-centered care and choice. Her professional journey has been rooted in hands-on but also senior and managerial roles providing invaluable insights into the real needs of those we support.
In her 10 years working within Supported Living, Elli gained significant experience in leading teams and ensuring the delivery of person centred care services. This experience provided the opportunity to see firsthand the impact that dedicated and well-supported staff can have on the lives of individuals with complex needs.
Throughout her career, Elli has often found herself working within company structures that prioritise scalable business needs over the well-being of individuals and staff. This experience has fueled her commitment to advocate for and implement genuine, person-centered care. Elli is dedicated to improving independence and living standards for all individuals by ensuring they receive the highest quality support.
